UK Power Networks is seeking a senior circuit designer to produce safe, constructible designs for 11kV–132kV networks. You will lead design activities, review routes, and produce construction-ready drawings while adhering to CDM and industry standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality and cost effectiveness from enquiry through to final connection and business closure.

Formación

• This role requires a Civil or Circuit Engineering degree with extensive EHV circuit design experience.
• Experience delivering designs for 11kV to 132kV networks, including ducts, cables and substations.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and industry standards; IOSH training is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Produce circuit designs from scopes, meeting time, quality and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, PDC and Alliance members to deliver regulated solutions.
• Mentor Trainee, Graduate and Engineer colleagues and contribute to design assurance and audits.
