Job summary

Bet365 Company is seeking a Senior Business Systems Applications Engineer to own critical enterprise platforms, lead technical support, and drive system improvements across SaaS and on‑premise environments.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize architecture, mentor colleagues, and champion best practices. The role supports a hybrid work-from-home policy.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS and cloud-hosted enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex architectural and system issues.
• Experience with software vendor management and third‑party tool implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, configuration and ongoing maintenance of core business applications across cloud and SaaS environments.
• Conduct advanced root-cause analysis to diagnose and resolve complex incidents across the enterprise stack.
• Collaborate with external software vendors and internal engineering teams to deploy upgrades and enhancements.
• Evaluate existing system architecture to identify performance improvements, automation opportunities and scalability gains.
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues in incident handling and technical standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align application performance with operational requirements.
• Utilise AI to provide solutions and suggest improvements.
