Job summary

Bet365 is seeking a Senior Business Systems Applications Engineer in Manchester. Take ownership of critical enterprise platforms and deliver seamless technical solutions across on-prem, SaaS and cloud environments.

This is a full-time role with a hybrid work-from-home policy and a closing date of 28/10/2026. You will lead technical application support, system implementations and root-cause analysis while partnering with internal stakeholders and external software vendors to optimise architecture

Qualifications

Experience supporting SaaS and cloud-hosted enterprise apps.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex architectural issues.
Experience managing third-party software vendors and tool implementations.
Understanding of enterprise system architecture, lifecycle and integration patterns.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-impact work independently.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery, configuration and maintenance of core business apps across cloud and SaaS.
Perform advanced root-cause analysis to resolve incidents.
Partner with vendors and internal teams to deploy upgrades.
Evaluate system architecture for performance and scalability improvements.
Mentor junior colleagues on incident handling and standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align performance with requirements.
Utilize AI to provide solutions and improvements.
