We are presenting a new and exciting opportunity for a highly organised and meticulous Senior Business Development Manager (Structured Finance) to join the team in Basingstoke.

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead the promotion of our clients Structured Finance products, source and onboard new clients, and help maximise yields and fees. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring they are provided with tailored financial solutions that align with their business needs. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven track record in a business development focused role within banking and finance industries
• Proven experience in structured finance/wholesale lending.
• Excellent credit knowledge and the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisive judgments.
