Job Summary

Kiwa Product Compliance (KPC) are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This key leadership role is responsible for driving the development and performance of all sales and business development activities, ensuring annual revenue targets are achieved and supporting the long-term growth of the business. This is a remote role, with regular travel to our Aylesbury office.

About the role

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, experience in building, mentoring and leading high performing teams.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, and relationship building.
  • Drive revenue growth and strengthen KPC's market presence.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity within the RF and Electrical sectors to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Review sales performance data to optimise strategies and maximise team effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop the KPC Account Management and Business Development teams, including performance reviews, training, and career development.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales leaders to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
  • Develop and deliver annual sales and marketing plans aligned with business targets.
  • Work with innovation teams to shape new services that address emerging market demands.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies for key customers and/or quotations.
  • Identify and lead process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in sales within the TIC sector, specifically for RF and electrical products.
  • Strong knowledge of Global Market Access and certification schemes for radio and electrical devices.
  • Demonstrated success in driving market growth, launching new services, and entering new markets.
  • Skilled in CRM tools (ideally Microsoft 365), with the ability to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience balancing customer, employee, and shareholder expectations.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a committed team player.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as required.

What can you expect from us in return?

  • £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
  • £5880 Car Allowance
