Job summary

LEMO GROUP is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Worthing, West Sussex subsidiary. The role focuses on driving organic growth by acquiring new business through premium interconnect solutions and managing key OEM accounts.

You will grow revenue with existing strategic customers, seek new opportunities, and develop bid strategies while using CRM to manage opportunities and sales processes. Travel may be required to support customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with a technical qualification (HNC or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
• Experience in electrical/fibre optic connector industry and electronics sectors.
• Proven consultative selling skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop existing revenue streams with key customers and OEMs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities from targeted OEM customers.
• Develop and execute key account plans for top OEM accounts.
• Communicate the features and benefits of LEMO products using consultative selling.
