The Senior Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bristol, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and long-term account development. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying senior-level decision makers, understanding their business priorities, and positioning ABM Alliance’s solutions to meet their needs.
Day-to-day activities include managing the full sales cycle, building and maintaining a robust pipeline, conducting consultative calls and meetings, and preparing proposals and commercial agreements. The Senior Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, event production, and operations teams to align outreach with campaign activity and ensure successful delivery of executive engagements. This role also involves tracking market trends, providing feedback on product and event offerings, and contributing to sales forecasting and strategic planning.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE) with an OTE of £150,000+ and uncapped commission.
