A leading logistics operator is expanding its Air & Sea division and seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive national growth. This role focuses on securing new Air & Sea freight business, developing high-value opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and secure new Air & Sea freight customers
  • Generate, qualify, and manage high-potential leads
  • Plan and execute sales activity through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
  • Attend client and internal meetings to support commercial strategy
  • Possess deep product knowledge across Air & Sea services
  • Act as a professional brand representative and contribute to a high-performance culture
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven B2B freight forwarding or logistics sales experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working independently
  • Full clean driving licence
