Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

They are looking for a (Job Role). The position would be ideal for individuals who are proactive, data-driven, and have a strategic mindset to drive business growth.

  • Your primary role involves identifying, targeting, and prioritizing new opportunities within key industry sectors and customer segments.
  • You are required to proactively generate leads by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships to drive business development.
  • You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities to meet revenue objectives.
  • Administering the sales strategy, aligning products and solutions to address sector-specific challenges and customer pain points.
  • Your role also involves developing customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of the company's solutions.
  • Overseeing the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring an efficient and effective process.
  • Engaging in data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance, track key metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise-level clients and industry partners.
  • Understanding client’s needs to provide tailored solutions that drive additional value for their businesses.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point for critical client negotiations and issue resolution.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance strategic decision-making.
  • Providing insights, market analysis, and recommendations to improve sales performance and identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Fostering a collaborative work environment by aligning with marketing, product development, and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Influencing product enhancements by sharing feedback from clients and market demands to improve offers.
  • Should possess experience in payment processing, payment gateways, and financial technology solutions.
  • Quite an acquaintance with CRM systems such as Salesforce and data management for sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Must be skilled in sales methodologies, marketing automation tools, and demand generation strategies.
  • Ensure that you deliver exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines while maintaining alignment with business goals.
