What you’ll be doing
This role focuses on the following areas, with growth and evolution in mind:
- Act as a strategic partner to existing clients within EMEA, aiming to increase recurring revenues. Develop growth strategies and annual sales plans for each client, aligned with both client and company goals. Ensure 100% client retention and maintain a pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Develop new business opportunities in the Motor Insurance industry and adjacent markets. Use a solution sales approach, collaborate with internal teams to understand client strategies, and qualify leads to optimize prioritization and achieve revenue goals.
- Proactively generate leads. Work with the Product Group to create engagement opportunities, attend industry events, and establish new sales partnerships to increase revenues and profitability.
- Lead negotiations on all commercial agreements. Manage contract discussions and renewals, ensuring alignment with standard offerings and engaging senior leadership and legal teams as needed.
What we’re looking for
- Proven success in B2B sales, especially in medium to enterprise markets.
- Experience selling B2B SaaS or software; knowledge of Motor Insurance is a plus.
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills; other European languages are advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and collaborate effectively.
- Commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
- Team-oriented, respectful of responsibilities, and capable of leveraging team skills.

Additional details
- This is a people management role.
- Standard hours are 9am–5.30pm, with some flexibility needed for our EMEA client base.
- Reporting to the CEO within the Business Development team.
- Remote work, with occasional team gatherings in Sheffield, UK.
- Must be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK.
- Interviews are virtual, with possible in-person final interviews.
