Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Business Development Director to lead the Case Management Division's commercial growth, building relationships with claimants, defendants, insurers and other key stakeholders across catastrophic injury and complex care sectors. You will shape strategy and act as senior ambassador.

Qualifications

• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships in healthcare sectors.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to track performance.
• Commercially astute with a track record of driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the business development strategy for the Case Management Division.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share, revenue and referrals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of future referral opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with solicitors, deputies and insurers.
• Represent the company at industry events and thought leadership forums.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline performance and outcomes.
