Job summary

Hfh Healthcare in London is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in complex care and CHC sectors, securing new care packages and building relationships with commissioners, ICBs and case managers.

This field-based role covers London and surrounding areas with hybrid working from Wimbledon HQ; you will manage the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to onboarding and mobilisation, while ensuring compliant, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare business development, complex care or social care.
• Strong understanding of NHS structures, commissioning processes or CHC funding pathways
• Track record of winning new business or care packages within healthcare settings
• Ability to build credibility with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Commercially driven and target-focused
• Highly organised with the ability to manage your own diary and workload
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Own the full healthcare sales lifecycle - from identifying opportunities through to winning, onboarding and mobilising care packages.
• Work closely with clinical, operational and governance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
• Primarily a sales-focused role (75% business development / 25% mobilisation)
• Attend MDT meetings, commissioner reviews and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop tailored proposals, pricing structures and tender submissions.
