Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Clinical Lead for Brownbill Case Management Services. The role provides clinical leadership across the service, shaping clinical strategy and ensuring safe, person-centred care for clients with complex needs.

Work closely with the Brand Director and Senior Leadership Team to drive service quality and development. The role is a hybrid position with weekly travel to the Thame, Oxfordshire office and occasional travel to other regional offices.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with BABICM/CMSUK membership.
• Significant clinical experience in complex care or case management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, governance, supervision, and support to case managers.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of case managers; deliver supervision and appraisals.
• Build relationships with referrers and stakeholders; support business growth with Brand Director.
