Job summary

Active Care Group's Brownbill Case Management Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to drive clinical strategy and deliver safe, person-centred care for clients with complex needs across our network in London and the Home Counties.

You will provide clinical leadership, governance and line management to case managers, work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Brand Director, and help shape service quality while supporting workforce development.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with relevant registration and scope of practice.
• Experience leading or supervising healthcare professionals within complex care.
• Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight, supervision and support to case managers.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and professional development of case managers; deliver supervision and appraisals.
• Embed BABICM competencies and best practice standards across the service.
• Monitor caseload allocation and ensure high-quality service delivery for clients and families.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance, audit trails and safeguarding culture.
