Job summary

Brownbill Case Management Services, part of the Active Care Group, is seeking a Clinical Lead to provide high-level clinical leadership across the service. You will shape clinical strategy, drive service quality, and support development of case management with strong governance and safeguarding focus.

Role includes 35 hours weekly, hybrid working with weekly travel to Thame, Oxfordshire, and occasional travel to regional offices.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with current registration.
• Experience leading or supervising healthcare professionals in complex care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, governance, supervision and support to case managers.
• Lead on complex reviews, safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance.
• Drive business growth with the Brand Director and represent the service externally.
• Oversee caseload allocation, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
