Job summary

Marks and Spencer is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help shape the future of Loyalty through data-driven decision making. Within the Data & AI team, you will lead Business Analysis across data products and transformation initiatives supporting our loyalty proposition and customer experience.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to translate strategic goals into clear requirements and measurable outcomes, embedding best-practice Business Analysis

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering business analysis and requirements gathering in complex environments, ideally with customer data in Retail.
• Proven ability to drive a Data Business Analysis capability, establishing BA frameworks and standards.
• Strong analytical and data skills to translate complex needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in agile, data-centric or transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analysis across Loyalty data products and transformation initiatives, turning strategy into deliverable outcomes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and Product Management to define requirements, prioritise opportunities and maximise business value.
• Bridge between business and technology teams, translating complex needs into clear solutions.
• Contribute to best-practice BA frameworks, standards and continuous improvement across delivery lifecycle.
