Marks & Spencer is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a talented team responsible for designing, developing and deploying ML/AI solutions that power our online Personalisation programme. You will bridge Data Science with Business & Commercial teams to translate advanced methods into measurable business impact.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Data teams to deliver end-to-end models, monitor performance, and drive innovation across the organisation.

• Partner with product, engineering and commercial teams to embed solutions into customer journeys and processes.
• Set the standard for agile Data Science delivery, testing and monitoring for robust, impactful outcomes.
• Drive innovation and act as a trusted advisor to create business value for customers and the company.
