Marks and Spencer is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help shape the future of Loyalty through data-driven decision making. Within the Data & AI team, you will lead Business Analysis across data products and transformation initiatives supporting our loyalty proposition and customer experience.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to translate strategic goals into clear requirements and measurable outcomes, embedding best-practice Business Analysis

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering business analysis and requirements gathering in complex environments, ideally with customer data in Retail.
• Proven ability to drive a Data Business Analysis capability, establishing BA frameworks and standards.
• Strong analytical and data skills to translate complex needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in agile, data-centric or transformation programmes.

As part of the Data & AI team, you'll lead Business Analysis across data products and transformation initiatives that support our loyalty proposition and customer experience. Working with product, engineering and business teams, you'll turn strategic goals into clear requirements and measurable outcomes. You'll drive collaboration across business and technology, influence stakeholders, and embed best-practice Business Analysis. We're looking for someone with strong BA expertise, customer data experience and a passion for retail.

4+ years’ experience delivering business analysis, requirements gathering and project delivery in complex environments (preferably within projects involving customer data in a Retail context). Proven ability to drive a Data Business Analysis capability and establish effective BA frameworks, processes and standards. Strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions. Experience working across cross-functional teams in agile, data-centric or transformation programmes. Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills, including influencing senior leaders.
