Lead and shape the future of Retail and Central Store Operations through the power of analytics, AI and experimentation. As a senior individual contributor, you'll tackle complex business challenges, uncover opportunities at scale, and turn data into decisions that improve customer, colleague and commercial outcomes. Working alongside business, product and engineering teams, you'll drive innovation, influence strategy, and deliver measurable impact across M&S.
