Job summary

AJ Bell is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to shape critical business and IT improvements. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders to define strategies, prioritise requirements, and oversee holistic solutions while guiding the business analysis function.

You will engage across a changing environment, drive business modelling and architecture alignment, and support delivery with strong communication and team leadership. Hybrid working in Salford Quays is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience guiding business analysis in large programmes.
• Ability to influence strategy and define requirements across business and IT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach cross-functional teams to deliver business analysis outcomes.
• Define and prioritise business requirements and oversee holistic solutions.
• Manage the business analysis function and governance across projects.
• Influence executive management throughout the change lifecycle.
• Present clear analyses and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee delivery quality and remove blockers in the delivery process.
• Liaise with external suppliers on deliverables and incidents.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
