• Business analysis: guide decisions and align with strategy and vision.
• Business modelling: set scope/method for representing complex situations.
• Consultancy (business analysis): provide expert guidance and problem framing.
• Enterprise and business architecture: translate drivers into objectives and capabilities.
• Requirements definition and management: lead lifecycle methods and prioritise complex sets.
• Stakeholder relationship management: develop engagement strategies across levels.
• Systems analysis: identify IT capabilities and gaps; connect business/tech.
• Testing (business analysis): assess test value and validity.
• User experience analysis: advise on UX approaches and validation.

Responsibilities

• Work with executive stakeholders to define strategies, prioritise requirements, and oversee holistic solutions.
• Lead the business analysis service and set value propositions for the function.
• Identify opportunities from organisational/tech changes and define change initiatives.
• Advise and influence executive management across the change lifecycle.
• Communicate fluently with executives and staff; present analyses persuasively.
• Manage day-to-day team tasks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Remove blockers and coordinate with external suppliers as needed.
• Support production incidents and conduct performance reviews.
• Liaise with external suppliers on deliverables and governance.
