About the role

As Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our innovation, driving change and making an impact. Taking ownership of invoicing improvement initiatives, including the design and implementation of automated checks to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance throughout the invoicing process.

Manage a strict budget and confidently challenge suppliers to ensure every cost delivers real value, demonstrating analytical problem‑solving and smart thinking to identify opportunities for process optimisation and innovation. Working independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and drive operational excellence.

Monitor, report, and transform raw data to validate invoicing processes and extract actionable insights for continuous improvement whilst identifying and managing improvements and automations within invoice, access requests, and approvals, ensuring the customer experience remains central to every change.

About you

Proficiency in Python, SQL, Synapse, and PowerBI to create reports, automate checks, and unravel financial challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to forge alliances across teams and bridge gaps.

A proactive, self‑managed approach to work, with the ability to drive projects forward independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and a track record of innovative thinking in process improvement and automation.
