WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Business Analyst at WongDoody, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our digital products. Here's a glimpse into your responsibilities :

• Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions.
• Managing end-to-end functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.
• Resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope.
• Supporting client product owners in finalizing requirement details and articulating decisions.
• Transferring completed functional tickets to client BAs and ensuring clarity.
• Assisting in backlog prioritization aligned with strategic goals.
• Serving as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions.
• Contributing to and participating in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning.
