Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered status is highly desirable.
• Extensive building surveying experience across sectors.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and profitability.
• Experience mentoring junior surveyors.
• Strong health and safety and statutory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a range of surveying services including feasibility studies and contract administration.
• Work across multiple refurbishment projects in different sectors.
• Apply standard contract forms (JCT, NEC).
• Mentor and train surveyors and support APC candidates.
• Support senior managers in daily activities.
