AtkinsRéalis Building Surveying Practice in Newcastle is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to deliver a full suite of surveying services across multiple sectors. You will lead project management and contract administration on diverse projects and manage key client relationships.

The role offers opportunities to progress within a forward-thinking organisation. You should be a Chartered or post-qualification experienced surveyor, with fluent AutoCAD and ideally Revit, and willingness to travel as

Qualifications

BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying required.
Full RICS membership desirable but not mandatory.
Client-facing surveying experience.
Experience with refurbishment and extension projects up to c£1m capex.
Experience in pre/post contract project management responsibilities.
Good team working skills and clear communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

Work across multiple projects delivering surveying and project management duties.
Manage client relationships and service delivery on a project-by-project basis.
Project management and contract administration duties.
Condition and measured surveys.
Design and implementation of small–medium sized projects.
Due diligence surveys.
Lead multidisciplinary design teams as appropriate.
Stay updated on industry best practices and health and safety requirements.
