Qualifications

• Associate degree in HVAC, electrical or mechanical required, minimum three years in industry or one year as Systems Support Rep.
• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for building systems and installers.
• Program control applications and configure databases per project specs and sales proposals.
• Perform field start-up, system commissioning and diagnostics to ensure proper operation.
• Document problems and resolutions; communicate clearly with customers and account executives.
