Qualifications

• Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer with extensive post-qualification experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex bridge and civil projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience in design, maintenance, and strengthening of bridges and civil structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bridge/civil engineering function across projects of varying sizes, ensuring delivery to high standards of quality and safety.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise on complex challenges.
• Drive innovation in structural design, digital engineering, and sustainability initiatives.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Support business development through strategic proposals, bids, and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and regulatory requirements across all projects.
