WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate/Associate Director to provide technical leadership across bridge and civil engineering design and assessment, delivering quality on time and budget. You will mentor and support junior team members while guiding projects across the UK and overseas.

Based in the South West & Wales, with opportunities across Cardiff, Bristol, Exeter and Truro, you will lead tenders, manage resources and nurture client relationships to deliver complex schemes.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer with bridge design, maintenance and assessment experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership to design and assessment teams across UK and overseas.
• Lead project reviews to optimise solutions and co-ordinate multi-disciplinary inputs.
• Manage resources and develop relationships with other teams.
• Agree fees and manage the commercial position on projects.
• Lead a culture of technical review and challenge.
• Develop client relationships and lead tenders/bids.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
