WSP Global Inc. invites a Senior/Principal Engineer to lead civil and bridge engineering delivery in a dynamic project portfolio. You will mentor junior staff, drive quality, and ensure projects meet time and budget constraints across UK and international sites.

Key duties include bridge design, maintenance and strengthening, feasibility studies, and preparation of cost estimates. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to succeed in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer with bridge delivery experience.
• Proven knowledge of bridge design, maintenance and assessment.
• Experience in project management for bridge projects.
• Familiarity with DMRB, MCDHW and Eurocodes.
• Experience with structural software and CBC/FEA tools.

Aufgaben

• Bridge design, UK and overseas, to time and budget.
• Bridge management and inspection activities.
• Bridge strengthening, repair, assessments and monitoring.
• Support general civil/structural engineering across teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and options appraisals.
• Prepare documents, reports, risk assessments and drawings.
• Prepare fee estimates for schemes.
• Supervise junior team members and CAD technicians.
