WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer to drive delivery of civil and bridge projects in the UK and abroad. You will mentor junior team members, manage design and assessment activities, and ensure quality within time and budget constraints.

The role requires Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer status, strong client handling, and a track record across bridge design, maintenance and strengthening.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer with UK recognition.
• Experience in bridge design, maintenance and assessment.
• Proven project management of bridge projects.
• Knowledge of DMRB/MCDHW and Eurocodes.
• Experience with bridge structures and related software.

Responsabilités

• Lead bridge design and construction delivery on UK and overseas schemes.
• Manage projects to deliver quality on time and within budget.
• Mentor and support junior team members and CAD technicians.
• Coordinate feasibility studies and option appraisals.
• Prepare reports, fee estimates and health and safety risk assessments.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure an excellent service.
