Job Description:

The One Group offers an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company leader in the financial services industry.

This is an initial 4-month contract with potential extension.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK benefits; EU benefits knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.

Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home setup, and own IT equipment (minimum laptop). A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
