Job summary

React Recruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead the UK & ROI dealer network and drive performance across sales, service and parts. You will mentor dealers, develop strategic plans and coordinate with European HQ to align with the global network strategy.

The role is field-based with travel across the UK & Ireland and occasional visits to European HQ, offering a strong package including base salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial vehicle sector or dealership networks.
• Strong financial literacy including budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders up to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive dealer performance across sales, service, parts targets and NPS.
• Develop robust dealer business and investment plans.
• Analyze dealer budgets and forecast impacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional groups across UK, ROI and European HQ.
• Evaluate franchise partners and manage network footprint.
• Maintain regular dealer engagement to review metrics and standards.
