Job summary

Iveco Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive the Dealer of the Future program across the UK network. You will lead dealer performance initiatives, develop business plans, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure profitability and alignment with the network strategy.

The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders, with travel across the UK & Ireland and occasional Europe trips to Turin or

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail or dealer networks.
• Ability to translate data into concise presentations for stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience analysing financial statements and creating basic financial reports for projects.
• Willingness to travel within the UK & Europe as required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and report dealer sales and service performance data, monitor KPIs and NPS.
• Monitor dealer budgets and financial position relative to plans.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder projects with UK HQ and external parties.
• Support dealer investment plans and footprint evolution.
• Analyse existing dealers and potential franchise candidates.
• Maintain regular contact with dealers to review performance and action plans.
• Travel up to 50% within UK & Ireland; international travel may be required.
