Job summary

NexHire Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in site security. You will own your territory, win new clients in construction and related sectors, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers.

This role offers a competitive package with a basic salary up to £55,000 plus uncapped commission and a company vehicle or car allowance. You’ll work with a team focused on ambitious expansion and have room to progress into broader commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven track record in winning new business
Experience building commercial relationships with decision-makers
Ability to manage a portfolio/territory independently

Responsibilities

Win new business across construction, infrastructure and related sectors.
Build relationships with decision-makers, from site teams through to procurement and senior leadership.
Manage the full sales process, from initial approach and site meetings through to proposals, negotiation and close.
Grow existing accounts by identifying further projects and opportunities.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth handover and reliable service.
Take ownership of your pipeline, forecasts and territory development plan.
