Job summary

Kingdom Security is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in its Security Services division across the Birmingham and East Midlands region. You will build a robust pipeline, engage with senior decision makers and lead opportunities through the full sales cycle to secure high-value contracts.

The role offers a base salary of £55,000, a £7,000 car allowance and uncapped commission, with circa £85,000 OTE. Home & field-based, with UK-wide support and progression prospects.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of originating, developing and winning outsourced security contracts.
• Experience selling services into commercial, facilities management, logistics, manufacturing, retail and public sector markets.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline and convert opportunities to contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure outsourced security guarding contracts across target sectors.
• Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract award and mobilisation.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth and contribute to annual targets.
