Eden Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to grow new client relationships across fintech, AI, defence and sustainable technology. You will leverage an established network to open doors, build opportunities and manage senior-level engagements.

The role offers a base salary of £60,000–£80,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £200,000–£300,000 for top performers. Office-based, five days a week in the City.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years experience in business development or related commercial role.
• Established network across fintech, AI, defence or sustainable tech.
• Proven track record of originating and winning new business.
• Confident engaging founders and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across fintech, AI, defence and sustainable technology.
• Leverage your network to create introductions and commercial opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, CFOs and senior decision-makers.
• Identify and engage businesses that could benefit from the consultancy’s services.
• Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies within your sectors.
• Own opportunities from initial introduction through to client engagement.
• Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Represent the business at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
• Work with internal specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Take ownership of pipeline management, forecasting and commercial performance.
