Job summary

Senior Backend Engineer at M-KOPA Ltd will design and implement event-driven microservices using C#/.NET, primarily in a fully remote environment spanning UTC -1 to UTC +3. Qualifications

• Strong grasp of C#/.NET development.
• Experience with event-driven systems (Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Microservices architecture experience.
• Proficiency with Azure or other major cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerisation/orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Testing and deployment expertise; DevOps culture mindset.
• Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code).
