UBT in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, is seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across four specialist businesses within the education and built environment sectors. Hybrid working and pro‑rata four‑day week considered; salary £60,000–£70,000 + performance bonus.

This senior, hands‑on role requires strategic thinking and practical delivery to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads and contribute to growth.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a marketing function within an SME.
• Proven track record in generating qualified sales opportunities.
• Experience in education sector and built environment preferred.
• Experience marketing high-value, long sales cycle projects.
• Strong practical experience across brand development, digital marketing, content, PR, events and outbound campaigns.
• Experience managing CRM systems and using data to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Experience managing people, external agencies and marketing budgets.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with senior business leaders and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and delivering the Group's marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Building brand awareness and positioning across all four businesses.
• Generating qualified sales leads through targeted campaigns, account-based marketing and outbound activity.
• Developing the consultancy profile through research, thought leadership, PR and industry relationships.
• Raising the profile of key individuals through LinkedIn, speaking opportunities and sector media.
• Managing digital marketing, websites, SEO, email campaigns and social media.
• Planning and delivering industry events and exhibitions.
• Producing case studies, project content and marketing materials.
• Working closely with Business Development to convert marketing activity into commercial opportunities.
• Managing the marketing budget, CRM activity and performance reporting.
