Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Marketing Manager to own B2B marketing, working with the Managing Director and senior team to raise the company profile across commercial landscaping, housing developments, grounds maintenance and horticulture.

You’ll be hands-on, visit projects, understand client needs, and translate them into campaigns and materials that win work and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B marketing within construction/build environment or related sectors.
• Strong written content creation and storytelling abilities.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, websites and email marketing campaigns.
• Practical graphic design capability (Adobe InDesign/Canva) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage B2B content across LinkedIn, email and the website.
• Visit live and completed projects to gather content, photos and case studies.
• Collaborate with Contracts Managers and operations to align marketing with upcoming projects.
• Develop presentations, brochures, project sheets and sales collateral.
• Support tenders, social value content and new business opportunities.
• Manage email campaigns and the marketing calendar.
• Keep website and materials up to date.
• Work with senior management on strategy and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to extend reach and strengthen market position.
