Job summary

LKQ is seeking an eCommerce Executive to join our B2B eCommerce Trading team. You will trade, merchandise and continuously improve the online experience for professional customers, using data and insights to drive commercial priorities into high-quality digital execution.

You will collaborate with Category Management, B2B Sales, Digital Customer Experience, Marketing, Pricing, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver impactful outcomes across the UK & Europe.

• Strong attention to detail and resulting accurate, customer-ready execution.
• Customer-first mindset with understanding of pro/trade customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the B2B eCommerce trading plan across journeys, categories, platforms and initiatives.
• Monitor revenue, margins, conversion, AOV and KPIs; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Deliver high‑quality online merchandising across navigation, search, listings, product pages and pages.
• Use CMS, PIM, on-site search and analytics tools to maintain and improve the digital experience.
• Support launches and management of ranges, products, supplier activity, pricing and promotions with robust checks.
• Ensure product information, imagery, categorisation and taxonomy are accurate and optimised.
• Identify friction and content gaps; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support testing/optimisation by defining success measures and tracking results.
• Maintain trading plans, reports and trackers; keep actions and deadlines visible.
