Job summary

Unilumin in the United Kingdom seeks a Service Team Lead to manage the UK service operations. You will act as the main contact for service requests and report to HQ, coordinating on-site surveys and engineer allocation from in-house and third-party resources.

The role requires 3+ years in AV, after-sales and project management experience, plus a technical degree and a UK driving licence. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a technical role in the AV industry.
• Proven after-sales management experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• Higher education qualification in a technical subject.
• UK driving licence.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create and review annual plan for service team operations.
• Oversee UK service team operations; primary contact for service requests & HQ reporting.
• Coordinate scheduling for on-site surveys and service visits; allocate engineers.
• Coordinate with sales to prepare quotations for installations and service.
• Liaise with commercial and sales to plan upcoming project service needs.
• Keep stock room and repair centre orderly; order supplies as needed.
• Maintain records of RMAs and smooth operation of the repair team.
• Inform customers of planned service visits and status updates.
• Maintain database of service records and tickets.
• Create and coordinate regular training sessions for external partners.
• Recruit and train additional service team members when required.
• Maintain good relations with 3rd party resources.
