Pure Audio Visual Ltd. (Pure AV) is seeking a Senior Audio Visual Installation Engineer to lead installation projects across client sites in the UK. You will coordinate with design, project management, and commissioning teams to ensure flawless deployment and client satisfaction.

The role requires substantial AV installation experience, leadership capabilities, and a full UK driving licence, with opportunities for professional growth and access to the latest AV technologies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in AV systems installation and maintenance, with senior or team lead background.
• Expertise in audio and video equipment installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of AV control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron, etc.).
• Ability to read schematics and layout drawings; read and interpret diagrams.
• Proficiency in terminating AV cables.

Responsibilities

• System Installation: Install and configure AV systems for meeting rooms, auditoria, and spaces to client specs.
• Troubleshooting: Provide expert fault finding and maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior engineers, delivering training and guidance.
• System Inspection: Conduct visual and functional tests and ensure tidy, compliant installations.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand AV needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain as-built docs for configurations and procedures.
