Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct management of onsite technician(s) and cover technicians.
• Identify service improvements with the client.
• Manage incident lifecycle per client processes.
• Maintain organized, professional team environment.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance plans.
• Develop staff through skills matrices and training needs.
• Allocate daily workload for all resources.
• Suggest service improvements based on metrics and feedback.
