Job summary

proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally. We are seeking an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join our Field Engineering team covering the South West, representing proAV and maintaining high levels of customer service through onsite attendance and remote technical support.

You will manage fault tickets, build client relationships, and perform both preventative maintenance and on-site installations.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV/VC/UC technologies and systems.
• Ability to manage client communications and escalations.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the region.

Responsibilities

• Field service engineering work as required.
• Onsite service engineering at client sites.
• Travel to client sites including European travel.
• Site and event coordination and support.
• Preventative maintenance calls.
• Rotation of client sites as required.
• Site surveys.
• Small works installations and handover.
• Work rotating shifts as required.
• Administrative duties to support engineering role.
