Job summary

proAV Limited is seeking an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join our Field Engineering team, covering the South West. You will represent proAV, delivering onsite service and remote technical support to maintain client satisfaction and strong relationships.

The role involves field work at client sites, site surveys, small works installations, and potential travel including Europe. Rotation of sites and shift patterns may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV/VC/UC technologies.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to manage escalations.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to take responsibility.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and stay organised in a dynamic environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and flexible approach to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Field service engineering work as required.
• Onsite service engineering at client sites as needed.
• Travel to client sites (including potential European travel).
