Job summary

Stratstone Stockport Porsche is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer care and a great service experience. A full UK driving licence is required, with pricing and benefits included in the package.

You will manage service bookings, invoicing, and upsell opportunities while supporting the aftersales team to ensure a smooth customer journey from intake to handover.

Qualifications

• Previous / current Service Advisor experience in the motor industry.
• Great organisation/admin skills and experience using computer systems.
• Upselling experience and ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain customer service levels whilst meeting KPI's and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates, booking and scheduling for service/repair work.
• Advise on a recommended course of action and accurately invoice for work.
• Inform customers of available extras, accessories and value products.
• Be the main point of contact, offering support and guidance to customers and managing complaints.
• Work with the aftersales team to coach and support for an efficient customer experience.
• Deputise for the Service Leader.
