RPM Technik, one of the UK's leading independent Porsche specialists, is seeking a Service Advisor to support the Service Manager in our Retail Workshop. This hands-on role involves working with Technicians, Parts Managers and the Front-of-House team to ensure a seamless client journey and workshop efficiency.

You will deliver clear estimates, manage CRM bookings and help maintain high client satisfaction in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with a passionate Porsche-focused team.

Formación

• Substantial experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or independent specialist handling premium brands (Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Jaguar/Land Rover).
• Knowledge of Porsche is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with dealer management systems (e.g., Dragon2000 or similar) is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue detailed and simplified estimates, including Vehicle Health Check findings.
• Manage CRM bookings and client communications to drive service uptake.
• Welcome clients at service drop-offs and provide excellent engagement.
• Provide front desk and telephone coverage during holidays and lunch breaks.
• Perform administrative tasks and produce invoices as required.
• Attend daily morning team meetings and report to Aftersales Manager.
• Ensure work complies with safety and best-practice guidelines.
• Support service and parts operations to maintain client satisfaction.
