Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive Atlassian consultancy experience and senior technical acumen.
• Proven success delivering Server-to-Cloud and Data Center-to-Cloud migrations.
• Experience running discovery workshops and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Client-facing consulting in enterprise environments with strong communication.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions and requirements gathering.
• Design and implement Jira, JSM and Confluence solutions.
• Deliver Atlassian Cloud migrations from Server and Data Center environments.
• Produce high and low-level solution designs, technical documentation and migration strategies.
• Support presales activities including solution design, effort estimation and proposals.
• Advise clients on Atlassian best practice, governance, operating models and roadmap planning.
• Configure and optimise Jira, JSM and Confluence environments.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Work with delivery and customer teams to ensure successful outcomes.
