Job summary

At Atlassian, the DX Solutions Engineering Team seeks a skilled Solutions Architect based in the UK to drive successful adoption of the DX product after sale. You will act as the technical authority for Enterprise clients and lead complex integrations and architectural discussions.

You will partner with Customer Success and Engineering, design tailored solutions, and ensure customers realize maximum value from Atlassian’s APIs and workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical workshops and executive-level discussions.
• Ability to translate complex architecture into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales technical delivery across onboarding, integrations, and architecture.
• Map the DX platform into customers' workflows and structures.
• Design tailored integrations connecting DX APIs to client environments.
• Ask detailed questions to align deployments with customer processes.
• Advise on best practices for developer experience and deployment methodologies.
• Capture feedback to inform product roadmap and features.
