Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Margin Services OSD team is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to support the end-to-end Margin Services function for a diverse client base, including buy-side derivatives firms.

You will monitor service levels, manage client inquiries, and analyze data to identify improvements, while collaborating with Relationship Management and Client Service to deliver reviews and workshops across regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage client queries end-to-end for Margin Services.
• Monitor and maintain service levels; own escalations.
• Use data to highlight improvements in operating model.
• Partner with RM and Client Service for reviews and workshops.
• Develop networks across stakeholders and manage cross-region tasks.
• Provide reporting and project support to MS Operations.
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; drive action plans.
• Coordinate team activities and materials for events.
• Collect and maintain resources on SharePoint.
• Participate in collaborative initiatives to simplify processes.
